On novelty.
I truly try to stick to meats, vegetables, fruit and fats as much as possible in my daily kitchen jaunts. As exciting as these can be, and as many combinations as I can make, sometimes a novelty is due.
For me, that is bread. Flours, be they gluten/grain-free or not, are still processed. But this one? Once in a while? Well, that’s life in its glory. So here goes, a fun little recipe for a fun little loaf. Toast it, butter it, jam it, dunk it, do all the bread-y things you can think of with this, I don’t care as long as you save me a slice.

Thank you for the shootout! I hope your bread tasted yummy! We went through a whole loaf this sunday for breakfast 🙂

Thank YOU! It’s delicious–I went through a loaf by myself in three days with a lot of restraint 🙂
