Yes! Great podcast. Needed this today as I’ve been feeling under the weather and guilty for not going to the gym tonight. But after this, I recognise that my body needs rest tonight and I can allow myself one night off the gym without any terrible consequences. I’M going to have a hot bath and an early night and feel rested.
