Bring one cup of water up to a boil.
Pour the tablespoon of gelatin over the remaining unheated water.
Steep the bags of tea in the hot water for 3-4 minutes, remove bags and combine the hot and cold water.
Add honey and mix all ingredients.
Pour into a shallow dish, ice cube trays or mold(s) of your choice and allow to set up in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
