Ingredients
1cupfresh strawberriestops removed
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonmiso pasteany type is fine, look for brands that offer traditionally fermented versions
2tablespoonslemon juice
pinchof sea salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately on your favorite salad, or store in an air-tight container for 4-7 days in the fridge, shaking the container before using again!
