Recipe Notes

For the Cola Gut Punch, check out Farmhouse Culture's Store Locator!

Can't find their cola locally? That's cool! Make a batch of kombucha (or buy a bottle of plain) and with the homemade batch, add a teaspoon or two of root beer tea to the second ferment, or for the bottle of kombucha option, steep an tablespoon of loose leaf (or three tea bags) root beer tea in 1/2 cup of boiled water to make a very intense tea to then mix with the bottled kombucha. Proceed with the recipe from there!
