Pesto Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs skinless (skin on works, too, though)
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto or, make your own, see notes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. While the oven preheats, place the chicken thighs in one layer in a glass or ceramic baking dish. Cover each chicken thigh with pesto until evenly topped.
  3. Bake the chicken thighs at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the pesto is browned and bubbly.
