Preheat oven to 350. Line the bottom of a medium-sized loaf pan with parchment paper.

Combine bananas, melted butter and eggs in a food processor (or by hand for delicious texture) for a smooth batter. Once combined, add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, covering with foil for the last 10 minutes.
