Spicy Roasted Nut Mix

Ingredients

cups
total seeds and nuts
I used a 1/2 cup each of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds and walnuts

sea salt

teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
cumin
1/2
teaspoon
ground chiles
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon

tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine all nuts in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, cumin, chile powder and cloves. Stir to combine.
Toss nuts with olive oil, then sprinkle spice mixture over and mix to evenly coat all.
Spread evenly on the baking tray, then put in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the nuts and seeds have browned and the spices are aromatic.
Allow to cool, then serve!
